McCollum Memo - US to Provoke Japan To Attack in 1941

The McCollum Memo was a memo stating the US should provoke the Japanese into attacking htem to get into World War 2.

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Page 1 from Lt Commander Arthur H. McClollum stating that the Unites States needs to provoke Japan into attacking them to get them into world War Two.

Fourteen Months later Japan attacked at Pearl Harbor.
