That is correct. The US Congress, under the Congressional Review Act, can eliminate 8 years of the Obama Executive Orders and regulations with one simple vote.

No Senate Approval is necessary, nor is a Presidential Signature required.

In 1996 the Congressional Review Act (CRA) was passed that forces any Federal Agency (Foreign Owned Corporation Funded By The United States Corporation) to submit any new rule they intend to implement to Congress for a Review. Merely publishing these New Rules in the Federal Register does not count.

This means that every executive order, every new IRS Regulation, every new Obama Executive Order, every seizure of land by the BLM and Department of Interior must have been submitted to Congress for a review and final approval.

These rules also apply to “Guidance” Issues - such as requiring “Transgender Bathrooms” in schools - since Every School District is a Private Corporation.

For Example; The Tacoma School District (K through 12th grade) is a Private Corporation owned by the City of Tacoma. One of President Obama’s new rules forces them to make all bathrooms for all sexes. This “Rule” can be over turned by Congress.

If it has not been reported to Congress, and accepted by Congress,  it can be challenged and over turned with one vote and once over turned the Agencies and Departments may not then reissue the same order themselves.

All rules and regulations not sent in to Congress for review and not approved as far back as 1996 can now be eliminated with One Simple Vote from Congress.

This means all of President Clinton Rules and Regulations created in his 2nd term, all of President Bush’s Executive Orders and regulations, and all of President Obama’s Rules and Executive Orders can now be overturned with just one vote.

We shall see what Congress is ordered to do by there handlers in the near future but they have been briefed by both Todd Gazaiano who wrote the law and Mr Larkin from the Heritage Foundation.

This vote would force Voter ID as far back as 1996 and it would thus mandate a FULL “recount” in every state that put a Democrat in office as Governor due to the Massive Voter Fraud (25 Million Democratic Votes) created through No Voter ID, Stuffed Ballot Boxes, and dead people voting.

In a speech given by Senator Wyden 29 September 2015 he stated that the Puerto Rican Problem is a very deep one and requires the Corporation of Pueto Rico to address a whole lot of internal issues - such as:

1) Electrical Generation in Puerto Rico is done by using Old Diesel Generators and they need to upgrade this.

(((On a personal note - Puerto Rico has an enormous amount of cheap hydro electric power they could utilize))))

2) Industries Operating in Puerto Rico selling products to the United States need to pay for the reconstruction of roads and schools - especially the Rum Industry - which pays almost no taxes.

3) Puerto Rico collects less than half of it’s sales taxes

4) Medicaid in Puerto Rico caps payments and is not very generous - leaving people sick and in debt

5) It is important to move ahead with policies that provide more than a MONETARY SUGAR HIGH.

Until these issues are addressed by the “Provisional Government” of Puerto Rico the US senate will no longer bail out Puerto Rico.

So there you have it - Puerto Rico has already defaulted on it’s debt just like the California Educational System

3) US Treasury Forms 211 - since the US Treasury refuses to honor these forms and they are to be destroyed. As the US Treasury Dollar is devalue to 10% of it's original value what is left of the US will switch to the New World Dollar. Those US Treasury employees that survive the coming DC riots will not be hired by any other corporation.

Further - since the Red Dragon Family now controls the US Treasury through the IMF, and since the US Corporation no longer has Veto Power there (Bretton Woods Agreement), the Chinese have thus legally refused to honor these forms. 4) The $500 Million Dollar Russian Bond filed at Deutch Bank in Florida. Since Deutch Bank is run by the Vatican and they refuse to honor this form, and since they answer to the Vatican Trust, and they answer to the Vatican Council, these organizations (And their leaders) will now have the Heavy Hand of both Lucifer and the Living GOD laid upon them until they honor this bond.

Further - since this is a Russian Bond, and the leaders of Russia refuse to honor this bond, their economy will now faulter and their financial leaders will now be dealt with by both Lucifer and the Living GOD.

US Corporate Congress Has Gone Mad

The entire US Corporate Congress has gone utterly mad and needs to have it's entire staff arrested and put in a rubber room for all eternity.

So here is what Congress has been up to while you played video games and watched TV:

1) Harry Reid had Congress pass a bill, and got the  President to sign it, making the Bundy ranch in Nevada a Wilderness area and then allowing Oil wells on this land his son will manage.

2) Congress just passed House resolution 758 condemning Russia for a war the US DOD started and is still finding. In fact - it was the SU who has actually used Nuclear Bullets and atomic Hand Grenades there.

All this stuff about the Galactic Empire preventing the use of Nuclear Weapons - Crap. The US has so many Nukes it is impossible to stop it's use.

This House Bill 758 condemns the People of the Eastern Ukraine from exercising their Treaty Rights to break away form the Ukraine and condemns Russia for exercising their right to allow the people of the Ukraine to vote.

This is the same bill, almost word for word, that forced the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor.

If Congress wants a war let the first Nuke be in DC.

we have stopped over a dozen nukes form going off there through prior notification - like the ones NCIS found 21 September 2013 a few blocks from the White House. next time - 7 March 2015 - do not defuse the Nuke, just let it go off 6 blocks south of the White House. 3) Feinstein's 4,000 page report about Torture - "Its All George Bush's Fault."

Somebody please leave her overnight in one of those prison camps with those "Muslim" murders - one night and take her 380 Auto out of her purse she carries around - she is white and demon Possessed - they would tare her apart limb from limb.

Let me give you two examples of torture I know about that did give us credible intelligence:

a) I have a friend who walked in on a CIA interrogation, They had a man nailed to a wall and the CIA skinned him alive. He lived for 2 days with no skin but he did talk.

b) five men were taken up in a helicopter with Prison Uniforms on. Four were privates,m one was a colonel. After they threw 2 out of the chopper the Colonel sung like a canary. He would not stop talking.

There is no Morality in Congress and somebody needs to contain this little Congresswoman before she does any more harm to America. Her report is a pack of lies.

I am not defending the Perverted Illuminati and their Demon Possessed CIA and FBI Freaks -  but she horrible.
