Puerto Rico is not incorporated and therefore part of the US Corporation - and it defaulted.

This is the End Game for the Cloward-Pivens Model. Overloaded with debt the economy collapses leading to Civil War and the rise of a Dictatorship.

3) At the End of March Oil Hedge Fund Contracts are now running out - allowing oil to be sold at $30 a Barrel not $80-90 a Barrel.

Banks heavily invested in Oil Contracts are now unable to pay on their own loans…and are extremely insolvent.

Banks like: Wells Fargo, CITI Bank, Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce (CIBC), and many others may be in over their heads.

Do they get bailed out again and cause massive inflation or allowed to fail???

6) A few days ago we saw Huge “In Your Face” Voter Fraud in the French Presidential Elections to try and stabilize the Euro - as bank after bank in the PIGS Nations (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain and now Ireland) become insolvent.

7) The Massive Voter Fraud was created to hide the fact that thousands of German Troops are now in France and taken control of their Government

…a) Blow 9 US Cities with huge 20 KT Conventional Firecrackers in Late May or Early September just before the Collapse, cancel all worldwide debt, and begin afresh new world.

…b) Re-collateralize the banks like was done in 2008 - continue to create massive digits to support these  Elites at the top while we at the bottoms see huge inflation and tax increases.

…c) Creating a New Treasury Note and allow the United States Corporation to move quickly into a Third World Status.

.,,d) Create a world Conflict anywhere in the world - Serbia, Middle East, etc.

…e) Destroying the Saudi Royal Line to cancer $5 Trillion in Debt and having the Rothchild’s Banking System forgive the other $20 Trillion and continue to operate the US Corporation under   Bankruptcy Provisions run by the Asian CHIPS System under the Chinese?.

Remember - the US Corporation ran from 1 March 1933 through 1 March 2003 under the provisions of Bankruptcy - answering to those in London.

In other news - back in the USA - the system that collects on Defaulted student loans is broken and came to a stand still.

Over 91,000 accounts are in Limbo due to a recent ruling by the Department of Education.

We recommend that you do not spend the money that was not collected - but leave it there in your bank account just in case the US Department of Education changes it’s mind.

What throws a wrench into the mess is that Late Fees and Late Charges are apparently being charged to those now unable to pay on their College Loans. If not fixed soon a $10,000 debt could, for example,  easily become $20,000 in less than a year.

The Ruling came about when 2 Collection Agencies filed a Law Suit because they were “Unfairly” fired several years ago due to poor performance.

So if you are paying on a a $10,000 College Loan - say - $300 a month - you will now find huge Late Fees and charges tacked onto your already high bill and these may be several hundred dolars a month. When this is all settled the amount may double to around $600 per month for the next 5 years.

Now keep in mind that when you defaulted on your loan that loan was insured so the lender was paid in full - so you are paying on a debt that has already been paid off.

So when President Clinton Collateralized  College Loans under the “Higher Education Amendments of 1998” and made it illegal to declare bankruptcy against these loans he set in motion huge consequences for future low income Americans.

Judge Susan Braden has extended the order not to collect on Student Loans several times and there is apparently no fix in sight.

So prepare for more kids to move in with their parents as those Low Income Americans go into Debt Slavery for life.

Democratic Party elections were apparently funded, in a large part, by a Russian Bank named Tatfond-bank.

Tatfond-Bank - the Bank of the Fatherland - is also the bank of the Russian Orthodox Church.

Apparently over the last year this bank has given so much money to these Snakes that the Central Bank of Russia had so step in and lend it $1.6 Billion Dollars just to stay afloat.

A bank does not loose money when a loan goes into default - these loans are all insured.

In fact - most loans are sold to a Central Loan Clearing House like Fannie Mae.

So when a bank loans out $100,000 it then sell the loan to someone like Fannie Mae for, say, $90,000 and that money is pure profit - minus about $2,500 to sell the loan.

Thus for every $100,000 of loans they net around $87,500.

So how does a Bank go belly up??

Fraud.

The Bank  either gives huge sums on Money to it’s top employees or it gives money away to a Political Party.

In this case the Tatfond-Bank gave huge sums of money to the Democratic Party to fund their election campaign in 2016.

In fact - they went so far as selling $60 Million Dollars in Bonds in Ireland to help these Snakes in America.

So now we have a Direct Hit against the Russian Orthodox Church to the tune of $1.6 Billion Dollars that we know of.

The half a Billion Dollar bond I hold was supposed to help fund the Russia Orthodox Church - but I guess they don’t need it now, do they???

So unlike America, Russia actually arrested the Directors of the Tatfond-Bank and will take steps to stabilize this once profitable bank.
