So in order to bring it home to you we will focus on our little town here in Tacoma, Washington. This is a town of about 200,000 who’s taxes have driven away most of our industry and caused a real problem in our inner city.

A few days ago it was brought to our attention that a nearby home just sold for $379,000 instead of it’s appraised value last month of around $230,000. Further - some homes in that neighborhood are now shooting up in value from around 200,000 to over 350,000.

Why?

Why should home values rise overnight in a city where there is little work and mostly welfare?

It turns out that our Fair City has just approved a measure that allows the Port of Tacoma, recently merged with the Port of Seattle, to expand without the Customary Permits - and expansions they are definitely planning.

But why?

And how does that effect you?

It appears that Jeff Bazos of Amazon is now building warehouses across all metropolitan Areas in this country and he has demanded that YOU pay for an expanded Infrastructure.

So here in the Puget Sound the local authorities have implemented a plan to expand Sound Transit in the area to the tune of $58 Billion Dollars in order to support these incoming jobs.

What this means to us (It’s happening Nationwide) is several things:

1st) Jobs will come to the area - not allot - but some.

2nd) Car Tabs will be based on car values under a New State Valuation System and will top $1,500 a year despite voting 3 times to keep the tabs at $30 a month. The Governor simply over rides the vote of the people every time.

3rd) An increase in local taxes - such as Gas Tax, Sales Tax, Taxes on Warehouses, increased taxes on land. W

Ffor Ex: Without a Public Vote tax rates on homes have illegally been raised from 1% to about 2% of their value per year, plus any additional fees charged for the “Nonprofits” the councils has their fingers into.

So a retired person living in a home that was worth $150,000  - 10 years ago and now valued at $300,000 will have their Property Taxes raised from about $130/Mo to over $600/mo. Hardly sustainable for someone collecting $1,200 a month in Social Security

4th) There is a Huge Push for the sales of Coal and Compressed Liquid Natural Gas overseas as US “Friendly Terrorists” disrupt natural Gas Supplies worldwide and US Sanctions attempt to shut down other Natural Gas Pipelines to support these US Oil Companies.

All of these local expansions have been done under the Guise of C.F.R. 43 - where Quassia Illegal Regional Governments seize land under “Imminent Domain” to build their corporate Empires and Yes - Sound Transit is a Corporation.

The Expansion began about 9 years ago when former President Obama started moving US Military Assets from Western Europe to the Far East for preparation for a War with either China, North Korea or both. A war - we might mention - that will no longer happen.

Those Jesuits working for the CIA and US Naval Top Secret Program in Norfolk Virginia who have been attempting to create a Nuclear False Flag and start a Nuclear Conflict have been identified and tagged - along with their Virginia Governors who have been complacent in these crimes.

So now here in Tacoma the Merged Ports of Tacoma and Seattle are in the process of expanding and are now vying for the New Corporate Jobs Centers being brought back into the country (Thanks to Trump) by companies like Apple and Amazon.

The other need for Sound Transit here in the Seattle region is to fund the a particular corporation that is run by a former CIA Director that directly effects elections in Russia.

One of the most interesting stories coming out of the Sound Transit Expansion is the number of Ancient Tunnels they have run into under the Puget Sound.

Several workers have told us at the TV Station I used to broadcast news from back in 2012 about the Massive Ancient Tunnels they have uncovered,  including a few Pyramids under Queen Ann Hill iin Seattle.

 These Tunnels have caused certain Project delays as equipment falls into these tunnels and this construction project is running into Massive Over Runs.

World Wide Debt is now exceeding $291 Trillion Dollars World Wide (Not $233 Trillion As Previously Reported)  and the Ecosystem begins to collapse causing world wide food production to fall.



To further complicate the matter there is a call to Short Oil as US Oil Rig Counts begin to grow very quickly.

OK - So President Trump is bringing back industry to America - like the New Mazda Toyota Plant in Alabama - if there is now one to buy the cars who are the going to sell to?

Further - Former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom is now presenting evidence to the Department of Justice that the Clinton Foundation is a Criminal Conspiracy - a Giant Criminal Slush Fund for the Criminal Elites causing those involved with these Lefty Loonies to take their money out of the US  and run for the hills.

Further - over 165 Million Americans are now receiving some sort of welfare - be it for retirement or Social Security, Food stamp or Housing Supplements.

On top of that we have 180 ounces of Paper Silver per ounce of Real Silver and 75 Paper Ounces of Gold for every one ounce of Real Gold.

So now the Gold Backed Yuan hit’s the market 18 January in full - so the Petro Dollar will die very soon.

Job numbers are way down - not only is Sears about to begin massive Lay Offs so is Home Depot.

The housing bubble has burst nationwide.

We are also seeing huge inflation in the Food Prices right here where we live. For example when I went to college Top Ramen was 10 Cents a pack. Last year it was 4 for a buck at our Local Grocery Store -- now it’s 2 for a buck - so it went form 25 cents to 50 cents per - it‘s price double in one year.

OK - it’s GMO White Flour MSG Laced food but it is the tape for every college student I know.

As for going out - to go out to a restaurant and have 2 Ice Teas and 2 Appetizers has gone from $20 to $30 per visit over the last year - Plus Tip.

So where on Earth does that leave us economically and how do we stay afloat Charles?
