I spent 2 hours with a neighbor helping to move Car Parts - you know - light stuff - like Engines and Transmissions.
I came in to eat Pizza around 7PM and only had 1 piece - that Super Protein really kills your Appetite.
I have gone from a 46 to a 36 Waste and have remained here for about a year.
I see a 34 waste just around the corner.
