As many as 1/3 of all home owners have not paid rent this month and between 2 to 20 million renters have not paid rent this month.
Many of those have been ordered to Pay Up by 1 August or the Eviction will move full speed ahead.
The bill that would provide financial relief to these folks was blocked by the Democrats in Congress.
