It was just released that President Trump wrote a Memorandum that Directed Congress that several things were now taking place:
1) Congress will review all Immigration Policies and here is what YOU stated:
2) You will fund a boarder wall on the Southern US Boarder.
3) Improve Infrastructure on our Northern Boarder.
4) Illegal Aliens below 18 will be returned to their country of origin or to a safe country.
5) There are approximately 520,000 requests by Illegal Aliens for Asylum and they will be dealt with immediately.
6) Convicted Felons applying for Asylum will be returned to a Safe Country.
7) Catch and Release programs for Murders, Rapists, Drug Dealers, Armed Robbers will cease and these Illegals will immediately be returned to the country of their origin.
8) Those who have committed Murder, Rape, Armed Robbery, Fraud, Domestic Violence, Identity Theft, Drunk Driving, Sex Offenders, Aggrevated Felony and other Heinous Crimes applying for citizenship will be denied.
9) Chain Immigration - where someone just keeps bringing in their family members to get on Welfare, ends today.
10) No more Federal Grants for Sanctuary Cities, Counties or States. The public is tired of Illegal Aliens being caught and released 2 weeks after committing a crime.
11) No more hiring foreigners over Americans.
12) Visa Overstays - Amounting to 40% of Illegal Immigration - ends today. It will actually now be a crime to overstay a visa.
13) Department of Homeland Security will provide all available information to the Department of Justice on all Immigration Violations for immediate return to their country of origin.
The State Welfare Departments have already given DHS these address records by order of the last President for the purpose of deportation.
14) The States will incur the Legal Cost for defending these Illegal Aliens.
15) ICE will hire 10,000 more agents.
16) Any state, county or city employee that hires an Illegal Alien faces arrest and prosecution for a Felony.
17) Social Security will provide all information pertaining to “REFUGEE PAY” and welfare for those not legal residences. In this way - 80 Million people will no longer receive $4,500 a month in “REFUGEE PAY.”
18) We will move back to a Merit Based Immigration System rather than receiving all of the world’s Prisoners.
19) The number of Immigrants will be limited.
