In defense of the city water department - they are under orders to add chemical to our water that tey cannot even identify.
The are ordered when to add this water - unfortunately - the mixing of the chemical into the water is not done well so one glass of waster has very few chemicals, the next is highly toxic
Our city water company Head Quarters has Spring Water delivered to them weekly - they will not even drink their own water.
Like most outfits - only the top 3 layers of THe Executives are corrupt - the rest simply comply
