In fact - they went one step farther and declared the Employees at Google and all subsidies thereof as Hostile Enemy Targets.

My experience with the Russians and Chinese is that when the declare a Hostile War Target they do not delay in taking them out. This means all doubles of the Key Leaders, and they facilities that make doubles, will be targeted as well.
