A Key Player now behind bars and singing like a Canary is Arkansas Congressman and Judge Henry Wilkings 4th. He will be sentenced 4 December s- so he has 7 more days to sing like a Canary or he goes to jail for accepting Bribes and giving Bribes.
Another key Player in this scandal is Arkansas Senator Jeremy Hutchison. His trial ahs been delayed until July of 2019 so evidence can be gathered as to his fake Campaign Contributions and distribution of Campaign Funds.
